A TiVi account enables you to call regular telephone subscribers from TiVi Phone. However, you are not required to register for a TiVi account if you only want to call other computer users via IP address.How can I establish a TiVi account for myself?

How can I check the balance (the money remaining) in my TiVi account?

Yes, of course. However, if you happen to use a public computer at a cybercafe or a shared computer, please make sure that your username and password are protected from unauthorized persons.What happens if my TiVi account balance is low and calls cannot be made?
You will get a message on the TiVi phone requesting you to top up your account. If you use Hanzanet, you can pay here.What happens if my account balance becomes zero during a phonecall?
In such a situation, there will be a warning signal 30 seconds before the call is cut off. It is not possible to top up your account while a call is active, therefore if you plan a long conversation (for example, an international one), please make sure that there are at least a few lats (LVL) in your account. To illustrate this, 3 lats will enable you to talk to a land-line subscriber in Germany for 1 hour.How can I delete my TiVi account?
Please contact TiVi customer service. We will send a notification to your e-mail address, and once you confirm it, the account will be permanently deleted. Please note that only accounts with zero balance can be deleted.Is there a special fee for deleting an account?
No. However, in order to enable us to delete your account you need to spend all of the money in it. Also, if an account has zero balance and is unused for 6 months, it is disabled automatically. |
