Why should I register?
By registering with us and topping up your Tivi Phone account you become one of our customers who can call subscribers in many countries at very competitive rates per minute.
How do I register?
Here is the registration page. There are five fields which you have to fill in, one of them being your username. If the username you enter happens to be taken (not available) in the Tivi Phone system, you will need to pick a different one for yourself.
I've lost my password. Please help.
You can request the password to be sent to you via email. Here is the form.
Hello, this is John Doe here. Why is my name already taken?
If the name "John_Doe" is not available, this might mean that there is another person with the same name. Tivi Phone usernames are available on the "first come, first served" basis.
I am already a Tivi Phone customer. Do you offer other services as well?
Yes, in the future, we intend to add more services. If during the registration process you permitted us to send service information, then you will get these news in e-mail.
